The Deutsche Hospital in Buenos Aires has contracted our Empathy Promotions product to launch an extensive sales promotion campaign. The outbound calls are made from our Data Center.

American Express chooses Empathy Assistant to handle their incoming calls. The new virtual assistant will begin working this July.

Interaction works together with its partner in Chile, Telectronic, to develop a new Flight Information System for LAN. This speech recognition system includes rich pesona features, and will start operations by third quarter this year.
